Back by popular demand! Deepen your understanding and strengthen your ability to apply Core Concepts.
Scheduled September 12-13th, 2 full days
Have you ever tried to explain Accountability to your friends? If you are like most Excellence Northwest graduates, you have the basic understanding that you picked up in ReSet for Excellence. It is easy to start an explanation, but what happens when the questions begin? What is responsibility? What does it really mean? Am I accountable for my kids doing drugs? Is my friend accountable for our relationship? I bet you can come up with your own questions. The answers to these questions and dozens more will become clear in the class.
Peggie Merlin will teach this class. That is worth the price of admission alone. If you have never taken a class from Peggie, you owe it to yourself to have this experience. Check with the Quantum Leap grads for a first hand report. Dr. Merlin has a PhD in psychology and a life time of experience in designing and teaching courses in personal growth. Her depth of knowledge and her remarkable ability to communicate leave her students feeling that they are now teachers.
The key core concepts of ReSet for Excellence – Tell the Truth, Accountability, Responsibility, and Win-Win will be explored in detail. Additionally, there is a focus on Choices and Agreements – making them, keeping them, neutralizing reasons, handling rejection, and how all of this relates to building self-esteem.
Saying No and Getting to Yes are vital skills that apply equally to personal life and to business. By the end of this course you will have mastered our core concepts in theory and in practice and greatly expanded your ability to articulate them effectively.
