Janet is an executive and organizational coach, facilitator and workshop leader with her own business, Ott and Associates, in Whatcom County. Her varied professional background includes a nursing career, college faculty positions, a psychotherapy practice and for the last 20 years, business and executive coach. A Vietnam veteran, Janet is a Lieutenant Colonel (retired) with a 22 year Army. For over 30 years she has facilitated the first two programs in the Excellence Series.
